Requirements Definition
The key to an economical and efficient system is planning. This is true for any system, but is particularly important for CRM systems because they can quickly lose focus. If you have clearly defined, measurable business objectives, implementation will be both faster and less costly. Moreover, the outcome of the project can easily be compared with the stated objectives. If you are undertaking a comprehensive integrated system, during planning you might divide it into phases for better control. It is almost impossible to spend too much time planning.
System Design
Art and science both come into play in system design. While each system must be comfortable for users who will spend hours with it, it must also be sufficiently robust that these same users unthinkingly rely on its technology. One of the hallmarks of Wild Ducks' design is flexibility. We know that over time systems will be called on to perform tasks that were beyond the original vision so we leave open as many options as possible.
Configuration and Installation
When appropriate, we use SalesLogix® to form the base to which additional functionality is added. This saves time and money, and provides a strong out-of-the-box feature set. Wild Ducks provides all the services necessary to fully implement SalesLogix.
Custom Programming
If your needs are not fully met by configuring SalesLogix®, we write either an add-on or a stand-alone application. Our projects in this area range from simple scripts to highly complex, multi-module applications.
Training and Custom Tutorials
It is important for users to learn their new system in the context in which they will be using it. To achieve this end, we work with you to develop a training manual and database with exercises that simulate actual transactions to be handled by the system.
Data Conversion
Wild Ducks can move data from existing systems, legacy systems or purchased lists into your new CRM system.
Support
We offer both phone and on-site support. We also offer what we call Pro Active Support. With Pro Active Support we visit your site several times a year to check your system's vital statistics, clean out unnecessary data build-up and otherwise give it a general tune-up.
